She was born May 30, 1924, in Dirigo, Ky., the daughter of Buel E. and Mamie Bean Curry.
Miss Curry, a member of Berean Baptist Church, was a Springfield resident for more than 50 years. She was employed for many years by Federated Funeral Directors.
Survivors: a brother, William Edward Curry of Van Cleave, Miss.; a sister, Mrs. Harold (Eula) Brannon of Rosemont; and several nieces and nephews.
Services: Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel, Dr. Richard Ahlgrim officiating. Burial: Roselawn Memorial Park.
