Obit-
Louis Vogel, 64, formerly of Centerville farmer, died suddenly today at the home in the village of Cleveland. He was born in 1879 on the Vogel homestead northwest of Cleveland, the son of Richard and Paulina Vogel. He attended schools in the township and later helped his parents on the farm. In 1908 he married Miss Alice Zill and they located on the homestead farm. Six years ago they moved to the village. He was a member of the St John and St Peter Lutheran congregation of Cleveland.
Survivors are his wife; a daughter Mrs Arthur Sixel of Centerville; son Harry on the homestead farm; brother Robert, of Cleveland; six sisters Mrs Olga Patherick, of Milwaukee, Mrs Fred Kolb, Mrs Ernest Siggelkow, Mrs Louis Gabach, of Cleveland Mrs Otto Sommer of Mosel, Mrs Hugo Wunsch of Haven; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 pm from the Stoltenberg funeral chapel in Cleveland and at 2 o'clock from the St John and St Peter Lutheran church. Burial will be in the Saxon cemetery. The body may be viewed at the funeral chapel until the hour of the service.
