TRAN-In loving memory of Susanna Steeper, beloved wife of George J. Tran, who died April 12th, 1920.
We watched her suffer day by day,
It caused us bitter grief,
To see her slowly pine away,
And could not give relief,
The heavenly gates were open wide,
A loving voice said "Come,"
And with farewells unspoken,
She gently entered home.
This day brings bad memories
Of one who has gone to rest,
And those who think of her to-day
Are those who loved her best.
From memories' page time cannot blot
Three little words, forget-me-not.
