To my little Tiger,
A place in my heart
there has always been,
A place in my heart
there will always be....

Tiger adopted us in 1988, when he was not much older than a kitten. He followed my daughter, Kelly, around for several days; every time she went outside to play, he would turn up. His persistence paid off, however; he made it clear how devoted he was to Kelly. Kelly was four years old at the time, and we were a bit skeptical about her caring for a pet, but after much discussion Tiger finally won out. The two were best buddies from that day on.

A natural born outdoorsman, Tiger grew up to be a scrapper. Cats or dogs, he even tangled with a possum one time. Tiger, of course, got the worst of it, and had to have stitches and antibiotics, but it didn't slow him down much. He was a little "tuffie" when it came to guarding his house.

In later years, Tiger developed the usual aches and pains that come with old age. By 2003, he had slowed way down and was struggling with several medical problems. As difficult as it was, it eventually became necessary to let him go.

Tiger...you were our little "tuff guy"; my little girl's cherished pet, and a family icon for many years. I know you are romping and playing at the Rainbow Bridge, where you are forever on patrol. :)

TIGER AND I WANT TO THANK YOU EARTH ANGELS FOR YOUR VISITS!! LOVE AND BLESSINGS TO ALL OF YOU! :)

A few of Tiger's special friends from the Bridge:
LUCY
MOOCHIE
BAZIL
SADIE
RINI
MOLLY
We'd love for you to visit if time allows. >^..^<
