Son of James Anderson Kent & Rachel Crane Kent, He was married Sarah A. Morrison a natives of Pennsylvania on 12 Sep 1869 in Saginaw Co., Michigan. They were the parent of 5 children. Believed to be Midlands Co. Oldest resident when he pass on in 1923. at the age of 83. He was also a Civil War Vet. who last his right arm in the War.
