Adeline Bednar

Adeline Bednar, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bednar, who had been very ill with flu and complicaton (sic), passed away Thursday at the Fairfield hospital following an operation for abscess at the base of the brain. The funeral was held Saturday morning at Loucky. Adeline had been attending high school at Deweese where she was a freshman this year. She made her home during the week with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Skalka Sr.

Angela Bednar

Angela Bednar, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bednar of Deweese, was born April 24, 1919 and died on Fbruary (sic) 15, 1934 at the age of 15 years, 10 months and 21 days.

She attended the Loucky grade grade (sic) school and was a student at the Deweese high school at the time of her death. She had been sick about three weeks. Death was caused by pneumonia and complications which developed when she suffered a relapse. She was taken to the Fairfield hospital Thursday but it proved too late to save her life. The funeral services were held at St. Martin's Church at Loucky. Fr. Adrian officiated. Burial was at the -Loucky cemetary (sic).
