Cleo Boozer Bettis, 90, of 218 N. Main Street, widow of Eugene W. Bettis, died October 22, 2009 after a lengthy illness.
A native of Greer, she was the youngest child of the late James Samuel and Betty Lee Shealy Boozer, retired as an owner of McLeskey-Todd Drug Co. for over 50 years, a homemaker and a member of Greer First Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Patricia Littlefield and husband, Allen of New York, and Eugenia A. Bettis of Washington, DC, one son, Wryley Bettis, one grandson, Jonathan Bettis and wife, Bonnie, and two great-grandchildren, Anynslei and Levi, all of Greer.
She was predeceased by three brothers and a sister, as well as several step-siblings.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday in Wood Memorial Park conducted by Dottie Bryson. The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to Greer Community Ministries, P.O. Box 1373, Greer, SC 29652.
