Mrs. Lucia Belle Boozer Lowman, 46, of Ballentine, grandmother of the two Swygert children who were burned to death in their father's barn several months ago near Ballentine, died at 11:20 yesterday morning at the Columbia hospital after a three-day illness. Mrs. Lowman had been in declining health, however, for several months. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 this afternoon from Salem Methodist church, of which she was a member, with the Rev. Mr. Hughes in charge. Assisting the minister will be the Rev. Matthews Meetz and the Rev. F. L. Lingerber. Mrs. Lowman is survived by her husband, John F. Lowman of Ballentine; three sons, Grady C. Lowman, James P. Lowman and Ira B. Lowman, all of Ballentine; one daughter, Mrs. Vivian Lowman Swygert of Ballentine; one brother, S. W. Boozer of Chapin; one sister, Mrs. E. A. Ballentine of Ballentine, and her father, J. S. Boozer of Greer. THere are also surviving three half-brothers, J. P .H. Boozer, Manning Boozer and Dan Boozer, all of Greer; two half-sisters, Miss Bonnie Lee Boozer and Miss Cleo Boozer, both of Greer, and her step-mother, Mrs. J. S. Boozer of Greer. The following have been asked to serve as pallbearers: Active, J. B. Bailey, H. V. Meetze, J. B. Lowman, Curtis W. Shealy, G. M. Ballentine and Tolan Derrick; honorary, James Eleazer, J. W.
