Crystal F. Ball, 49 of Hazlehurst, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009 at Hospice Ministries of Ridgeland.
Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 10, from 10 until 11:15 a.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Hazlehurst, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. Rev. Martin Washington will officiate. Interment will be in Hazlehurst Cemetery.
Ms. Ball was born December 18, 1959 in Hazlehurst. She was the daughter of the late Aaron Ball Jr. or Hazlehurst, and Mae Doris Grisba of Clarksdale.
Ms. Ball worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Past employers have said that she was an extremely hard worker and always showed a lot of love to the patients. Ms. Ball's family, friends and coworkers will miss her greatly.
She is preceded in death by her father, the late Aaron Ball, Jr.
Survivors include: her mother, Mae Doris (JC) Grisba; daughters: Erica Ball and Pamela (Jamark) Gilbert; grandchildren: De'Andre Dixon, Terriona Gilbert, Tavaris Gilbert, and Jayden Washington; special nephew, Maxie Graham; eight sisters; two brothers; five step-sisters; and two step-brothers.
