NEW EDINBURG-- Funeral services for Clora Johnson, 89, of Kingsland, who died October 13, 1997, at Dallas County Hospital at Fordyce, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at St. James AME Church at Kingsland with the Rev. Sylvester
Reddix officiating. Burial will be in Piney Grove Cemetery at New Edinburg by Brown-Williams Funeral Home of Fordyce.
She was born at New Edinburg on September 11, 1908, a daughter of the late Abb Crain and Lillie Mae Crain Crain.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. James AME Church.
Survivors include a son, Archie L. Mixon of Pine Bluff; a brother, Theodis Rainey of Kenosha, Wisconsin; three sisters, Deree Berger of New Edinburg, Ideal Rainey of Kingsland and Velma Weaver of Pine Bluff; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.
