Abram married Martha Keeble abt 1760-1780 and moved to Virginia after the Revolution, purchased 179 acres on the head-waters of South Buffalo Creek in Rockbridge County near the Botetourt County line on 10 November 1795. He built a cabin and farmed the land all his life.
He is considered the ancestor of the Savilles of Rockbridge County, Virginia.
Abram and Martha had the following children: George, Robert, Abraham Jr., Joseph, William, Samuel, Jacob and Mary.
