Elizabeth was married to Moses Emerson Folsom at Oregon City, Oregon May 6, 1855 in a double ceremony with her sister Margaret and John Edward Folsom, brother of Moses. She wore a white dress and a rose in her hair. Moses and Elizabeth were the parents of 7 girls and 4 boys.
