hospital in Indianapolis Wednesday
morning after a year's illness. She
was a member of the Spring Creek
Christian church, having united with
the church in 1895. She was born in
White county, near Brookston, on
March 26, 1879.
Survivors are three sisters, Mrs.
Cora Downs of Mishawaka, Mrs. Sarah
Landis of Rockfield, and Mary
Crichfield of Indianapolis; two brothers,
Mark and Charles.
Funeral services were held Thursday
morning in Indianapolis with burial
taking place this afternoon in the
Spring Creek cemetery near Brookston
at about one o'clock this afternoon.
