Services for Mrs. Riley were held Sunday, December 30, 1979. at 1:00 p.m. at German-Aumon Funeral Home Chapel in Steele.
Rev. Joe Smith officiated at the service. Burial was at Number Eight Cemetery near Cooter.
Pallbearers were Paulice Alexander, Ray Pugh, Homer Wilson Dennis Jernigan, Hooper Azbill, and Mason Laster.
Mrs. Riley leaves four sisters: Mrs. Betty Lawson of Memphis; Mrs. Vera Crumpton of Haleyville, Ala.; Mrs. Grace Mashburn of Houston; and Mrs. Annie Mae Stanford of Loretto, Tenn.
She also leaves four brothers; Royce East of Houston; Joe East of Columbia, Ind.; Harlan East of DeKalb, Texas; and Harvey East of Jasper, Ala.
Mrs. Riley was a resident of Cooter.
