Mollie lived the remainder of her life, from 1860-1938, in Port Royal, Caroline County, either with her paternal grandmother, Clementine FARISH, (born 1794, Va), her aunt, Virginia FARISH, (born 1842, Va) or her uncle George FARISH, (born 1825, Va)
Mollie never married, and died Saturday, 9 July 1938 at "White Hall". Her obituary in the Free Lance Star newspaper, 11 July 1938, page 5, stated "Funeral services for Miss Mollie Roach, who died Saturday morning at the home of Miss Virginia Dratt, at Woodford, with whom she had been making her home for a number of years were held yesterday afternoon at the grave in Meadow Hill Cemetery. The services were conducted by the Rev. H. H. Newman."
