Jean Ardeth Champion Fleming, a homemaker, died Monday at her residence. She was 82.

Survivors include one daughter, Elaine Fleming Schlag of Henderson, Tenn.; two sons, Delaine Fleming of Jackson and Dewayne Fleming of Millbrook, Ala.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. service at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson. Burial will be in Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson.
