On 22 Apr 1655, "John Smith & his wife were both received again into the church having been excommunicated having been before the church the 15th day & upon some scruple about her both were deferred & this day she got hardly in some for her some against her & some neuters." "Katherine Smith" died at Boston on 17 July 1710, 90 years old.
