She has joined the love of her life Mel and her treasured grandson Cam (1980-2007). Bess is lovingly remembered by her son Tom (Cori) Bestwick and daughters Lorraine (Daryl) Smart and Joanne (Ferenc) Somogyi. Bessie is also survived by her loving granddaughters Shannon Bestwick and Sara Somogyi. Mom was always the pillar of strength for her family. Her support, strength and love were shared between her family and extended families.
Celebration of Life held for Bessie at Foster's Garden Chapel, 3220 - 4 Avenue N.W. Calgary (across from Queen's Park Cemetery) on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
