Funeral for Alfonzo Fitzgerald, 70, of Moulton will be Monday at noon at Smith Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church with the Rev. Hal Turner officiating and Reynolds Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Moulton Memorial Gardens. THe body will be at the church one hour before the funeral.

Mr. Fitzgerald died Wednesday at Lawrence County Hospital. He was born Oct. 19, 1924, in Lawrence County. He was a member of Smith Chapel C.M.E. Church and a retired carpenter.

He is survived by four sisters, Caroline Baker of Tuskegee, Zelma Bowls of Dayton, Ohio, Gertrude Fellows of Livingston and Marie Crayton of Louisville, Ky.

Pallbearers will be Posey Gholston, Billy Walker, Therman White, Samuel Sheffey, Lionel Sheffey and Raymond Owens.
