Mrs. Mary Grady Gatlin, 68, of Tanner, died Thursday at the Athens-Limestone Hospital.
The funeral will be today at 2 p.m. at the Madison Street Baptist with the Rev. Elzie Jones and the Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with Spry Funeral Home of Athens directing.
Survivors include her husband, U. D. Gatlin; two sons, Jerry Gatlin and David Gatlin, both of Athens; a daughter, Glenda Sue Lewis of Athens; two brothers, Thomas Guthrie of Pulaski, TN, and Henry Guthrie of LaGrange, OH; five sisters, Nettie Thrift of Greensboro, NC, Irene Haggard of Nashville, Lillie B. Johnson, Annie Mae Tarpley and Wilma Lauderdale, all of Athens; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
