McLEAN - Mary Marshall Carter, 74, died Sunday, August 16, 1998.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Panhandle Cemetery in Panhandle with the Rev. Dan Perkins officiating. Arrangements are by Lamb Funeral Home of McLean.
Mrs. Carter was a 32-year resident of McLean and a homemaker. She was married to James Carter in 1947 at Delaware.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, William Mack Carter of Amarillo and James Carter Jr., of Springfield, Mo.; a brother, James Craig of Jacksonville, Fla.; three sisters, Kathryn Carter of Lewisburg, W.Va., Margaret Bond of Maryland and Sarah Craig of Orange City.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity.
