Funeral services for Bennie Franklin Bellinger, 61, of McKinney, who died Tuesday at a McKinney hospital, will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday at St. Mark's Baptist Church with the Revs. Charles Wattley and Charles Hill officiating.

Interment will be in Ridgeview Memorial Park with Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in charge.

He was born Feb. 2, 1923 in Pueblo, Colo., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paschal Bellinger, Sr., and married Jessie Brown on Sept. 14, 1943. He was a bail bondsman, a member of St. Mark's Baptist Church, a U.S. Marine veteran of World War 11 and commander of the American Legion Post 936 in McKinney.

Survivors include one son, Duckett Bellinger, McKinney; four daughters, Mona Shaw, Melissa; Amelia Dunlap, Sherman; Bettina Dunlap, McKinney; Kimberly Howe, San Antonio; one brother, Paschal Bellinger, Jr., Calif.; two sisters, Juanita Blackburn and Lydia Jones, both of Calif.; five grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
