Mrs Fred (Edna) Horn of 448 N 4th St, Rogers City, passed away at the Rogers City Hospital on Tuesday, October 25. She was 77 years of age.

A lifelong resident of Presque Isle County, Edna Fisher was born in Rogers City on April 4, 1900. She married Fred Horn on April 4, 1920 and they made their home in Rogers City.

Mr Horn preceded his wife in death as did two sons, Robert, who died in infancy, and Paul, who was a victim of the Carl D Bradley sinking.

Survivors include a son Charles of Rogers City; three daughters: Mrs Robert (Dorothy) LaLonde and Mrs Norman (Lois) Haselhuhn, both of Rogers City, and Mrs Ivan (Corinne) Schaedig of Alpena; one sister, Isabel Ward of Anchorville; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Edna Horn were held at St John Lutheran Church, Rogers City, Michigan, Friday, October 28, 1977, conducted by Pastor Harold Molzan . Internment at Rogers City Memorial Park. Pallbearers were grandsons of Mrs Horn: Mark Horn, Timothy Horn, Christian Horn, John Thompson, Larry Haselhuhn, and Michael LaLonde.
