Barbara Jean (Broadus) Grant, 75, Plainfield, died Monday at the Danville Regional Rehab Center.
Born Dec. 29, 1927, in Cloverdale, she was a daughter of S.M. Broadus and Ada L. Kosanki.
She was the widow of Frederick J. Ziegler. She later married Charles A. Grant, who survives.
She worked in the fingerprint department for the Indiana State Police, Stout Field Post in Indianapolis.
She was a member of Eagles Lodge 3207, Plainfield.
In addition to her husband, survivors include three sons, Dean S. Ziegler, Plainfield, Mark S. Ziegler, Ottawa, Ill., and James Rocky Grant, Cloverdale; a daughter, Jill T. King, Greencastle; a sister, Dorothy Nogar, Monroe, Mich.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted Friday evening at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield with Morris Mott officiating.
