David Carrillo, Sr., 58, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2008. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Abilene Funeral Home. Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 31, 2008 at St. Francis Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Abilene Municipal Cemetery, directed by Abilene Funeral Home. Mr. Carrillo was born on July 22, 1950, in Abilene, Texas to Bruno and Cecilia Carrillo. Survivors include five sons, David Carrillo, Jr., Elegio Carrillo, Mario Carrillo, Joseph Carrillo Bruno Carrillo and Angel Carrillo, all of Abilene; three daughters, Rosemary Carmona, Beatrice Carrillo and Lisa Carrillo, all of Abilene; two brothers, Joey Carrillo and Bruno Carrillo, both of Abilene; a sister, Janie Ladesma of Abilene; 39 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
