Dolores was a member of the Darke County Horse Shoe Pitchers Association. She was past secretary of the Darke County Horse & Pony Club and past secretary of the Mule & Draft Horse Department for the Darke County Fair. She was a longtime 4-H Advisor and was well known for her homemade candy.
In addition to her father, Dolores was also preceded in death by her step father, Edward Hunley; 1st husband, Richard L. Preston on July 23, 1990; 2nd husband, Athern Cunningham on April 2, 2008; brother, Jerry Rosell; brother-in-law, Gale Schultz and sister-in-law, Vivian Rosell.
Dolores is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Deb & Ron Crist of Bradford, Cindy Pierson of Greenville, Pam & Bruce Hunt of Greenville, Sondra & Mark Edger of Greenville and Dixie Sonner & Nick Camacho of Greenville; step children, Deb & Pat Barga of Greenville, Cindy & Paul Fleenor of Versailles and Steve & Larissa Cunningham of Union City, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason Crist, Angie & Scott Armstrong, Kelly & Chuck Smith, Stephanie Pierson, Kyle Hunt, Abby & David Light, Adam Edger and Evan Edger; 13 step grandchildren; great grandchildren, Preston Crist, Allison, Taylor, Jake & Josh Armstrong, Ruth & Hank Smith and Alexa Light; 22 step great grandchildren; brother & sister-in-law, Don & Delois Rosell of Lake City, Florida; sister & brother-in-law, Betty (Schultz) & Joe Dankworth of Greenville; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Rev. Terry Haworth officiating. Burial will follow in Abbottsville Cemetery, Darke County, Ohio. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Darke County Cancer Association or State of the Heart Hospice.
