Born in Blackville, South Carolina, Mrs. Webb resided forty years in Bucks County, Pennsylvania where she was educated in the Bensalem School District and Fallsington School District.
Mrs. Webb retired as an employee of Trenton Psychiatric Hospital after more than thirty-five years of service. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew McCullough and Annie Lou Smalls; her siblings, Richard and Sam McCullough, Curley Hursey and Francis Adams; her husband, Milton Webb.
Louise's memory will be celebrated, forever cherished and inherit her love of God and family, her children, Milton Jr. of Minot ND, Debbie Walton, Darlene Clark, Dale Webb, Donna Webb, Wendy Webb of Levittown, PA and Wayne (Camille) Webb of Denver, CO; three brothers, Andrew McCullough, Harlee Hursey and Charles Hursey of Harrisburg, PA; two sisters, Mary Vines of Trenton, NJ and Betty Davis of Rockingham , NC; fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a special friend, Marlaine Williams, who was like a daughter.
