Funeral services for Mrs. Caroline Fahl, seventy-eight years old, who died at the Lutheran home in Detroit Sunday evening at 11:55 o'clock, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the St. Paul's Evangelical church on the Huntington-Wabash county line. Rev. Theophilus Eisen will have charge and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs Fahl was a pioneer resident of Dallas township until a short time ago when she entered the home. Death was caused by complications. She married John Fahl.

One son survives. Jacob Fahl of Matthews. Two sons and two daughters are dead. Brothers and sisters are John Shinkle of Huntington and Henry Shinkle of Bippus. Mrs. Emma Eiler of Jonesboro and Mrs. William Shinkle of Andrews.

The body was removed to the home of Mrs. William Shinkle at Andrews where it will remain until the hour of the funeral.
