I see on this mans information that he was 39 when he died. The 1850 census for him shows he is living in Centerville, Allegany, New York with his wife Anna and 3 children and that he was born about 1789 in Rhode Island. If he died as it states in 1852 it would make him about 63 when he died, not 39.

I think that it's accurate that this man was born around 1813, and he's the son of the Benjamin the person who messaged you is referring to. The father, Benjamin Jr., and Anna were both still alive for the 1855 NYS Census.
