DR. C. Z. AUD, 76, TAKEN BY DEATH - VETERAN RAILROAD SURGEON DIES AT HOME OF SON IN LOUISVILLE - FUNERAL TOMORROW - Dr. Charles Zachary Aud, 76 years old, Cecilia, Ky., died at 6 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of his son, Dr. Guy Aud, 1648 Edenside Avenue. Dr. Aud had served as surgeon for the Illinois Central Railroad for more than fifty years. Funeral services will be held at 9:45 o'clock tomorrow morning at his son's residence and at 10 o'clock at St. James Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In 1896 he was elected president of the Kentucky State Medical Association and for twelve years he was a member of the State Board of Health. Dr. Aud was born in Knottsville, Daviess County, April 18, 1848. He was a graduate of St. Mary's College and of Notre Dame University. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Louisville in 1868. He was the first resident of Cecilia, settling there in 1871. He is survived by two sons, Dr. Guy Aud and Dr. Charles A. Aud, Owensboro, Ky., a dentist; and three daughters, Mrs. R. H. Nusz of Central City, Ky.; Mrs. Frank L. Habich and Miss Nannie Aud, both of Louisville. The active pallbearers at the funeral will be: Dr. E. F. Horine, Louisville; J. W. McCulloch, Louisville; H. L. Burch, J. R. Coyle, M. A. Cooper and J. R. Tingley, all of Cecilia. Thirty-four physicians and surgeons, Dr. Aud's former colleagues, will act as honorary pallbearers. They are: Drs. J. E. Wells, Cynthiana; George T. Fuller, Mayfield; V. A. Stilley, Benton; George S.
