Oliver Heath was arrested Aug 11, 1927 in Ponca City, OK and was sentenced to 18 mos in federal prison (Leavenworth) on Dec 7, 1927 for 'Possession of Liquor in Indian Country'. At the time he listed his residence as Ponca City, OK. He was discharged April 14, 1930 and stated nearest relative as his brother John Heath also listed in Ponca City, OK. At time of arrest his occupation was listed as farmer.
Note: His married sister Ruanne (Heath) White was also living in OK around this time.
