Mansfield, MO: The death of Mrs. Elizabeth Anderson, 89, who was found dead in her home yesterday morning, has been attributed to a heart condition, according to Coroner Frank Grable. No inquest will be held.
Officers were summoned to the Anderson home after a delivery man failed to arouse her. Mrs. Anderson was a former resident of Norwood. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bergman-Miller.
Funeral services for Mrs. D.W. (Elizabeth) Anderson, 89 years old of Mansfield, MO., passed away at her home Tuesday, August 27, 1957, were held August 31st at 10:00 a.m.in the Bergman-Miller Chapel with Rev. Gene Akeman officiating. Internment was made in the Thomas Cemetery at Norwood, MO.
Mrs. Anderson had been a resident of Norwood and Mansfield for more than forty years. She lived in Atwood, Kansas many years ago.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Little of Jarbalo,Kans., and Mrs. Iva Ackenhausen, Limon, Colo., one son, Roy D. of Casper, Who., one sister, Mrs. Isabelle Rioth of California, and two brothers, Leslie Leeper of Baning, Calif., and Allen Leeper of Colorado, and six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Out-of-town relatives attending the funeral were Mrs. Elsie Little and son, Jarbalo, Kans., Mr. and Mrs. Roy D. Anderson, Casper, Wyo, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. V.E. Yandell and daughter of Springfield, MO.
