Suggested edit: Mary P Strows married George William (Sr) Ridgley sometime before 1824. She was born May 31, 1807, in Pennsylvania. After her husband died in 1863, she renounced her right to administer his estate. Mary could not sign her name other than with an "x" so she may not have been able to read or write. Mary P died August 27, 1875 at age 68 years and is buried beside her husband at Ridgley Cemetery. Three of the couple's children are buried there, as well as some of her grandchildren.
