OBITUARY OF ALEX BARLOW

Funeral Services were held Friday afternoon in the First Baptist Church for Alex BARLOW, 63, a long time resident of Perryton and Ochiltree County who died at his home, 1118 South Eton, shortly before noon on Wednesday, July 15.

Mr. BARLOW, member of a pioneer family in this area, had lived in Ochiltree County since 1907 and was a farmer. He had lived in Perryton for a number of years.

Rev. Edgar Jones, pastor of the Church officiated at the final rites, assisted by Rev. Carroll B. Ray of Pampa, former pastor of the local Church.

Pallbearers were W. C. WILSON, Curtis SMITH, Paul SHRADER, Ben P. GRAHAM, Marvin MONTGOMERY and Roy STOLLINGS.

Survivors include three brothers, Harry, Robert and Leonard BARLOW, all of Perryton; four sisters Mrs. Vertie COPELAND and Mrs George DIETRICH both of Perryton, Mrs. Guy COOPER and Mrs. Alma GRUVER, both of Gruver.

Burial was made in the Ochiltree Cemetery.
