William Bird, aged 25, a Driver in the Royal Horse Artillery, died on 8 April 1915, at The Curragh Military Hospital, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
The cause of death was a fracture at the base of the skull.
His death was registered on 8 May 1915, on foot of information received from the Coroner for South Kildare, following an Inquest held on 10 nApril 1915.
