Death Takes 12-Year-Old Charles Criger
Charles Criger, 812 North Third street, 12-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Everett Criger, died early Thursday afternoon in a local hospital. He had been ill since Sunday.
Charles was born Nov. 16, 1931, in Newkirk and had lived in Arkansas City for the past three years.
Surviving relatives are his parents; seven sisters, Mrs. Jack Martin of Peckham, Okla., and Mrs. Gloria Hunter, Mrs. Elizabeth Patterson, Mrs. Leona Asbell, Miss Vivian Criger, Miss Erma Criger and Miss Roberta Criger, all of Arkansas City; four brothers, Alvie Criger, of Peckham, Okla., Pvt. Robert Criger of Seattle, Wash., William Criger and Albert Criger of Arkansas City.
Funeral arrangements have not been made. The Morris-Crates Mortuary is in charge.
