Beth Mashburn Puri, 75, passed away February 9, 2010 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville.
She was preceded in death by her son, David and her daughter, Beverly.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 53 years, Surinder; sons, Harold (Joann) and Shawn (Elaine).
She is also survived by her sisters, Dimple, Hazel and Nancy; son-in-law, Daniel Shaw; 7 grandchildren, Jason, Marybeth, Scott, Sandy, Josh, Chris and David, and 6 great grandchildren with one more on the way, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
