Mrs. Stovall died Sunday, December 7 at 1:50 p.m. in Overall-Morris Memorial Hospital. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Keys, she was born January 7, 1885 in San Jacinto. In 1902, she married Sidney R. Riley who died in 1918. She married J. T. Stovall in 1922. He died in 1955.
A resident of Coleman County since 1906, she was a housewife and mother and was a member of Coleman First Baptist Church.
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Lela Mae Moore of Coleman, Mrs. Willie Fae Rhodes of Bangs, Mrs. Mary Dee Laird of Dayton, Texas and Ms. Jimmie Stovall of Roby; two sons, Newton Riley of Coleman and Robert Stovall of Baird; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were J. T. Laird, Leon Goss, Allison Hagler, Knox Campbell, Glenn Jameson, Earl Pauley, Gordon Pearce and Walter King.
Stevens Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
