Served on board the "USS Falmouth" in the West India Squadron in 1829 and 1830, and on board the "USS Ontario" in 1834.

Marriage to Sarah "Sally" Scott Lloyd b: 7 Jan 1805 in Maryland, married: 14 May 1824.
