Homer, Ill., June 15—Aaron Lee, one of the oldest and most highly esteemed citizens of Vance township, Vermilion county, aged about 50 years, died east of this city yesterday morning. The deceased has been suffering for a number of months with an abdominal tumor, which defied the best medical skill in Eastern Illinois. A wife and several children deeply mourn the loss of a devoted husband and indulgent father, while his neighbors and host of friends feel that an upright citizen and Christian gentleman has been called from them. He was buried at the Davis cemetery this afternoon.
