On Wednesday, October 10, 1951, at St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Washington, D.C. beloved wife of R. Q. Smith, mother of Mrs. Percy Bowen of North Tanawanda, N.Y. and Mrs. Robert T. Brown of Washington, D. C.; sister of Harry Hay of Daytona Beach, Fla. She also is survived by five grandchildren. Services at the S. H. Hines Co. Funeral Home, 2801 14th St. n.w. on Monday October 15 at 10 a.m. Internment Arlington National Cemetery.
