No marker and Cemetery advised no records of his being buried in Center Street Cemetery in Wallingford where I had him originally placed. More research was done by a family member and it is most likely his burial is in Center Church on the Green, (perhaps the names being so similar caused this confusion) . With this info, I have moved him from Center St to Center Church on the Green.
A family member has sent this info:
I did a little more research today and found that it is likely that he was buried “on the green.”
According to the woman I spoke to at the Center Church, he is listed as the 15th member of the Center Church on the Green along with his wife and daughter. She did say that his grave is not one of those in the church basement and that they do not have a listing of those on the green. As you may know he was the one that originally designed and laid out the town. She also explained (basically) the following:

Now a National Historic Landmark, Center Church on the Green is situated right on the New Haven Green. It is the oldest church in New Haven, founded in 1638, and was previously known as First Congregational Church. The present building dates from 1814 and was built over part of the burying ground. Some gravestones remain in the basement crypt, and may be visited from 11 am to 1 pm Thursdays and Saturdays for tours. Many people were buried on the green; in 1821 almost all of the remaining outside monuments were moved to Grove Street Cemetery (at Grove Street many of those tombstones are around the inside wall in alphabetical order.)
As well, I spoke to a woman at the Grove Street Cemetery and she said they do not have a listing of those moved stones.

On August 14 1635 he married Mary Blackwell 1609-1662.

An article by Paul Doane proposes that "Mr. John Brocket of Mackery End by his wife Joan Lacon had Lacon in 1609 and John who was christened at Wheathampstead 29 July 1612. It is this John who attended Cambridge and married Mary Blackwell 14 August 1635 at Sandridge. It is this John Brocket who sailed to the American colonies to throw his lot with the Reverend John Davenport and Theophilus Eaton, Puritans from England.
