Mr. Rabon Green, 71 , of Chatsworth, passed away on Saturday , March 6 , 2010 , at Murray Medical Center.
Rabon was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Clyde Green and Pearl Mae Goforth Green ; a brother, Alton Green ; a sister , June Ballew ; a grandson , Joshua A. Green.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years , Rosa Lee Green ; sons , Raybon W. Green and Jimmy A. Green ; a daughter , Tammy L. Green Townsend ; a daughter-in-law , Kathy L. Coram Green ; grandchildren , Jessica P. Townsend , Amber R. Green , Kaci L. Green and Austin C. Green , all of Chatsworth ; sister , Maggie McHan of Dalton : brothers Amos C. Green of Chatsworth , Robert Green of Cleveland , Tennessee.
Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday in the chapel of Pepples Furnel Home.
Burial will be in Harrison Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral today from 4 p.m. til 9 p. m. , on Monday from 9 a. m. til 9 p. m. and Tuesday until the funeral hour.
