Mrs. Cora Allen Keller, wife of Wm. H. Keller, president of the Keller Manufacturing Company of Corydon, died suddenly at her home on North Market street last Friday morning about eight o'clock. She was attacked by acute Bright's disease on Wednesday before her death and in a short time lapsed into unconsciousness. All that medical skill could to restore her to consciousness was resorted to, but all to no avail and she passed away as above stated. Mr. and Mrs. Keller had recently returned from a trip to Florida and Cuba, where they spent the winter, and Mrs. Keller, who had been ill, had returned a few weeks ago greatly improved in health.

The deceased was born in Sonora, Ky., January 23, 1867 and died at her home in Corydon, Ind., April 15, 1910 aged 43 years, 2 months, and 23 days. She was married to W. H. Keller March 3, 1886, and six children were born to this union, five of whom are living, one of whom died in infancy. She joined the Baptist church at twelve years of age and after her marriage transferred her membership to the Corydon Christian church, where she was a faithful member.

She was a loving mother, a tender and affectionate wife, a good neighbor, a faithful and consistent christian and in her own quiet way went about doing good in obedience to her Master's will as she had learned it. She will be missed at home, church, and community.

She leaves a husband, and five children - Mrs. C.T. Wolfe, Misses Lois and Ruth Keller, Charles and Joseph Keller - a mother, Mrs. Nannie Allen and four sisters, Mrs. L.S. Riely, Mrs. T.J. Hudson, Mrs. F.R. Wright and Miss Jessie Allen. She will be missed at home, church, and community, where she was an earnest worker.

The funeral took place from the family residence last Sunday afternoon and was largely attended. The services were conducted by Rev. W. D. Bartle, of the Christian church, assisted by Rev. E. A. Robertson, of the M. E. church, and John H. Heth. The burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
