Miss Belle I. Bisheimer, a resident of Junction city for all but three of her 91 years, died Wednesday morning at Geary Community Hospital where she had been a patient over a month.


Miss Bisheimer who made her home at 416 West Third, was born August 21, 1878 in Wamego, and came to Junction City with her parents, John and Susanne Bisheimer, when she was three [s/b 13] years old.


She was employed in downtown Junction City for 68 years. She worked at the Rockwell and Cole stores. She was a member of St. Xavier Church.


Surviving are two sisters, Lena Hartshorn and Miss Mary Bisheimer, both of the home.


The body is at the Johnson Funeral Home, where friends may call from 8 to 9:30 this evening. Rosary will be at 8:30. Funeral services at 10 a.m., Friday at the St. Xavier's Church, Msgr. Thomas Keogan will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery.
