David R. Fish, 87, died onTuesday, June 8, 2004, at the Belle Plaine Nursing & Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness. Services at St. Michael's Catholic Church, by the Rev. Marty Goetz. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery, with military rites.
He is survived by two sons, David of Keota and Craig (Donna) of Toledo; a sister, Helen and husband Rear Adm. Ret. W.G. Sizemore of Arlington, Virginia.; sister-in-law, Betty Schriner and brother-in-law, George Boyd, both of Cedar Rapids; and two grandsons, Ryan and Blake of Toledo.
