Lonnie E. Anderson of Neodesha died Wednesday, September 16, 1992 at the Wilson County Hospital. He was 82. Grave side services were held Saturday, September 19 at the Neodesha Cemetery with Rev. Carl Soliday officiating. Arrangements were handled by the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home.

The son of Delva and Minnie (Redington) Anderson, he was born October 1, 1909 in Neodesha. He was united in marriage to Nora Alice Johnson on July 17, 1930 at Erie. She preceded him in death on September 12, 1986. Mr. Anderson was a former employee of the City of Neodesha.

Preceding him in death, in addition to his wife, were a son Daniel; three brothers, Charles, Jessie and William; and two sisters, Marguerite and Remo.

Survivors include a son, Raymond Anderson of Neodesha; a daughter Mrs. James (Vera) Smith of Cherryvale; a brother Kenneth Anderson of Manhattan; two sisters, Mrs. Don (Dorothy) Cook of Independence, Missouri; and Mrs. Joan Hubbard of Manhattan; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
