HARRY W. TRIMBLE

Harry Wallace Trimble, 65, of 1602 Paige Street died at 6:05 a.m. Tuesday (October 29, 1974) in the King's Daughters' Hospital, following an illness of several months.

A native of Augusta County, he was born May 4, 1909, a son of Robert Lee and Kate Clemmer Trimble. He retired from the Stanley Furniture Company on May 31, 1974, after 40 years of service. He was foreman of the Glue Dept. for 28 years. Mr. Trimble was a member of the Marquis Memorial United Methodist Church and secretary of the Men's Bible Class for the last 20 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Frances Viel Trimble; two sons, Harry W. Trimble, Jr. of Richmond and Sgt. Terry W. Trimble of Quantico; one daughter, Leesa Ann Trimble at home; two brothers, Fred A. Trimble of Staunton and Elmer S. Trimble of Oakdale, Calif.; and one half sister, Mrs. Maggie Hotinger of Columbia, S.C.; also three grandsons, John Andrew Trimble, Jeffrey Alan Trimble, and Christopher Matthew Trimble.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Chapel of the Henry Funeral Home by the Rev. Harry L. Kidd Jr. Burial will be in the Hebron Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
