She married George Albert Armstrong Sr. "Doc" 4 March 1881 Baxter Springs, Cherokee County, Kansas and they lived to celebrate their 60th anniversary.
In February 1901 they moved to Lincoln County, WA. Here they had a farm near Harrington. They moved into town in 1931.
She joined the Baptist Church as a young woman and was a member of the Rebekah Order.
She had been ill several weeks prior to her death and she died in her home with family by her side.
