Mrs. Kiser was born Dec. 4, 1923 in Borders Draft, W.Va., and was the daughter of the late Warden E. and Nellie Viola Dixon Waugh
She was a housekeeper for 18 years at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Perrypoint, Md. and also at the Augusta Military Academy. She lived in Port Deposit, Cecil County, Md. for 33 years before returning to Weyers Cave. Mrs. Kiser was a member of the Summit Church of the Brethren.
On May 19, 1945, she married Wade A. Kiser, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Leonard Andrew Kiser of Verona, Larry Allen Kiser of Tucson, Ariz., Daniel Alvin Kiser of Elkton, Md., and Randy Alford Kiser of Mount Sidney; a daughter, Aomia Almeda Sage of Perryville, Md.; a brother, Warden Waugh of Hawaii; 12 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The Rev. Steve Spire will conduct the funeral 1 p.m. Saturday at the Summit Church of the Brethren. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
